Albert Young

Mustered into service as a Private on February 24th 1864

Buried Fairview Cemetery, Hardin County Ohio

Private Young was severely wounded at the Battle of the Wilderness on May 5th, 1864. In the fall of that year he was transferred to Company E of the 20th Indiana Infantry where he served until his muster out on April 12th, 1865 because of disability.

He filed for a pension in 1865.
