Lloyd Tevis

Mustered into service as a Private on July 29th, 1861

Private Tevis was discharged for disability on November 19th, 1861 while in Washington D.C.

 

On December 6th, 1861 a Lloyd Tevis enlisted in Company C of the 69th Ohio Infantry and served there until he was discharged for disability on August 16th, 1862 while in Nashville Tennessee.

 

This Lloyd Tevis died on March 4th, 1867 and is buried at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin County Ohio.

 

It is very possible that this is the same person who served briefly in the 19th Indiana.
