William Henry Phillips

Private Phillips was discharged in the late summer of 1864 because of disability namely from rheumatism and disease of the liver contracted soon after the Battle of Gettysburg. He would later serve in the 17th Veterans Reserve Corps.
He filed for a pension in June of 1880.
