Maurice O'Rourke

Private O'Rourke was wounded on June 18th, 1864 during the fighting around Petersburg Virginia. He was transferred to Company E of the 20th Indiana Infantry in the fall of 1864. Maurice mustered out with the regiment on July 12th, 1865.
He filed for a pension in July of 1865.
Maurice is currently buried in a unmarked grave to the right of the headstone in the photo.
