William F. Marshall
Mustered into service as a Private on July 29th, 1861

Buried Laurel Grove Cemetery, Lane County Oregon
Private Marshall was wounded in the groin at the Battle of Brawner Farm on August 28th, 1862 and would be discharged because of that wound later that year.
On February 23rd, 1864 he would muster into Company I of the 1st Ohio Cavalry where he would stay until the end of the war mustering out on the 13th day of September 1865.
He filed for a pension in 1891.
