Benjamin F. Jewett

Mustered into service as a Corporal on July 29th, 1861

Buried Westlawn Cemetery, Wayne County Indiana

Corporal Jewett was shot in the left leg at the Battle of Brawner Farm on August 28th, 1862. He was discharged from the service because of that wound in February of 1863.

He filed for a pension in March of 1863.
