Darius Hagle
Mustered into service as a Private on July 29th, 1861
Private Hagle was captured on August 7th, 1862 and was dropped as a prisoner of war from the company roster. He was reported as a deserter, then returned to the company on February 21st, 1865. Charges were preferred against him and a trial was performed. He was acquitted of the charge and released from arrest and returned to duty. He mustered out on June 3rd, 1865.
He never filed for a pension.
