Hiram Brady

Mustered into service as a Private on July 29th, 1861

Private Brady was wounded at the Battle of Bull Run on August 30th, 1862. He was discharged from the service because of his wounds in January of 1863.

Hiram never filed for a pension after leaving the 19th Indiana. It is unusual for a soldier not to file for a pension after being mustered out of the service because of a serious wound. It is possible he died not long after leaving the Army.

Grave location is currently unknown.
