John B. Blake

Mustered into service as a Private on July 29th, 1861

Private Blake served with the 19th Indiana until he was discharged because of disability on March 29th, 1863 while in Virginia. He again joined the Army on January 19th, 1865 serving in the 184th Ohio Infantry until his final muster out on September 20th, 1865 in Nashville Tennessee.

After the war John Blake became a Justice of the Peace in Warren County Ohio.
