Eli Pearsoll

Private Pearsoll was slightly wounded at the Battle of the Wilderness on May 5th, 1864. He would muster out of the service on July 28th, 1864 completing his three year enlistment.

After the war he soon was suffering from what was called "disease of the lungs".

It is believed that Eli is currently buried in a unmarked grave.
