Thomas C. Henderson
Private Henderson was promoted to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant by the time he mustered out in the fall of 1864. He was wounded on June 18th, 1864 in the fighting around Petersburg Virginia. After leaving the 19th Indiana Thomas joined Company I of the 147th Indiana Infantry on February 1st, 1865 as a Private. He would muster out as a 1st. Lieutenant of Company G on August 4th, 1865.
Thomas never filed for a pension but his widow Elizabeth did soon after his death in 1880.
