William H. Frownfelter

Buried Beech Grove Cemetery, Delaware County Indiana

Private Frownfelter would fight in the Battle of South Mountain and Antietam in the late summer of 1862 only to die from disease in Washington D.C. in November of that same year. He left behind a wife and three children.

 

His wife Emily Ann filed for a 'widows' pension in December of 1862.
